Request Of No Pending Administrative Case
The signing of this request by the Legal Officer of this Division would be dependent on the purpose for which such certification is intended to. Further, if the document is intended for Regional competition the Request for No Pending Administrative Case should be processed before the Regional Office. Most of the request coming from a non-teaching personnel from the Division Office may be processed and signed by the Legal Officer of the Division.
