School Bullying

If you feel like you are being bullied at school, you may want to reach out to your trusted school personnel and report the incident. Our school staff, including guidance counselors, guidance advocates, and school heads, are well-equipped to handle such cases.

Child Abuse

Child abuse involving teaching or non-teaching personnel at the school level either be reported to guidance counselor/principal or contact us legal.gentri@deped.gov.ph

FUNDAMENTAL LAWS, ISSUANCES, ORDERS AND RULES

United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC) is an international human rights treaty that guarantees the fundamental rights and freedoms of all children. January 26, 1990, when the Republic of the Philippines signed the UN CRC, which was subsequently ratified by the Senate around August of the same year. Our country is the 109th to sign such a convention. Henceforth, all issuances of DepEd are anchored towards the UN CRC. Where it promotes four fundamental pillars:

  3. The right to survival and development
  4. The views of the child
