United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC) is an international human rights treaty that guarantees the fundamental rights and freedoms of all children. January 26, 1990, when the Republic of the Philippines signed the UN CRC, which was subsequently ratified by the Senate around August of the same year.
