About the Legal Unit Office
The Legal Unit Office is the embodiment of a unit which primordially promotes and advocates the rights of every learner to basic education and ensures that all issuances, memoranda, rules, and statutes pertaining to child protection are well coordinated and executed by every personnel within the jurisdiction of the authority of the Division Superintendent.
Further, we provide legal services to public school heads, principals, teachers and non-teaching personnel within the Division of General Trias City. Our services include technical assistance, legal consultation and document requests. We can assist with requests for speakership, training, legal matters, document certification, correction of school records, and more
