Technical Assistance
This is a platform for our public-school heads and principals within the Division to request for technical assistance relative to any legal aspects which are work related which include but not limited to request for speakership, training or discussion of statutory and regulatory requirements

Legal Assistance
This is a platform for our teaching and non-teaching personnel within the Division where instances that particular personnel face any work-related legal matter, one can request for a face-to-face legal consultation through booking a schedule on this platform.

Request For No Pending Administrative Case
The signing of this request by the Legal Officer of this Division would be dependent on the purpose for which such certification is intended to. Further, if the document is intended for regional competition the Request for No Pending Administrative Case should process before the Regional Office. Most of the request coming from a non-teaching personnel from the Division Office may be processed and signed by the Legal Officer of the Division.

Request For Correction of School Records
The Legal Unit Office assists in ensuring that all necessary documents are compiled by the requester and verified by the Legal Unit Office as to its completeness and veracity.
